“The location and condo were Perfect!!!! The owners helped with a small situation immediately and I would highly recommend booking with them. Staying right downtown was truly awesome and the condo was stocked, clean and so much fun! ”

“Good location, space itself was clean, host communicated well, street parking was simple & free. The hallway leading to the apartment was cluttered, dirty & smelled terrible (cigarettes!), outside the exterior side door was a big bucket of cigarette butts (gross). No coffee pods provided. Even with noise machine, the upstairs renters/tenants' stomping was crazy loud into the night (and early in the morning). I emailed the host & she said she was contacting them but it continued. Fine for one……

“Arrived on site and with the help of two people coming out was able to find the needed information on how to access the building and what unit we were suppose to be in. The unit was on the 7th floor and found out that the elevators were down and not going to be fixed anytime soon. I am 84 and there was no way that I could carry all the suitcases up that many floors. We had many phone calls into the host but he was not available. We were finally able to find out that they had moved us over to……

“This was an exceptional location for us! We walked to the baseball stadium, the Rock/Roll Hall of Fame and other popular destinations. Plenty of luxurious space with incredible views of the city and Lake Erie, and access to multiple good places to eat. We will be back!”

“The ice maker was great! Bedrooms and living room are a great size, beds and linens are comfortable. Could easily have a king in the master. Gorgeous view from the living room windows. So nice to have garage parking in downtown Cleveland. Be warned - the garage is TINY with many pillars to navigate around. Large vehicles will not fit. Stocked with the minimal basics, which was fine for us. No spices if you’re wanting to cook (I didn’t!). Very cute and clean, comfortable, quiet. No neighbor noise……
