Villa Diablotins is a luxurious, carefully renovated home 5 minutes from the center of Lorgues. You enter through an electric entrance gate and there is parking for 3 cars (2 covered). The accommodation comfortably accommodates a holiday with family or friends. The holiday home is located in a quiet area, just outside the center of Lorgues (600 m). Provencal Lorgues is known for its beautiful fields of olive trees, vineyards and forests of white and green oaks. It has a rich history (dating back to the Middle Ages), a pleasant summer market on Tuesdays and a beautiful location in the heart of the Var. The house features a heated swimming pool with a chlorine-free biological water system and an automatic roller shutter. Enjoy a hot tub on the terrace, a south-facing garden offering privacy, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower, and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Note that the pool is not heated in July and August. The ground floor includes a spacious entrance leading to a modern living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV (international channels only), DVD player, and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo, and wine fridge. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (200×160) and a bathroom featuring a shower, bubble bath, and double sink. The house has four separate toilets. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with double beds (200×160), one bedroom with a double bed (200×140), and one with two single beds (200×80). This floor also has a second bathroom with a shower and sink. All rooms have electric shutters, and air conditioning is available in the two spacious bedrooms.
