Welcome To Apartment 7 Kalimna
Relax and enjoy Lorne's Best Views! North facing and with a protected balcony this modern apartment located on the Great Ocean Road looks over beautiful Loutitt Bay and beyond.
It is a comfortable air conditioned apartment that has open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en suite has spa). Off street undercover parking is provided. There is an easy walk to Lornes shopping centre, cinema and ocean beach or dine out at the seafood restaurant close by at the Lorne pier.
Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher
- Lounge comprises TV, Dvd, sound system, electric heating and a/c
- Great views from the balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ
1st bedroom has 1 queen and en suite -2nd bedroom 2 Single beds and bathroom with spa
Free wifi
Strict no party policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc.) See terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
