From the kitchen and supplies, for the easy check in process and easy communication if needed! Oh and did I mention they communicate with you throughout your stay with updated events!! “Historical place that has been well maintained. Staff did not seem happy in general. We had pockets of exception but overall staff was just ok. Exceptions were at their Italian restaurant and the pool attendant. The pool attendant was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Great stay! Very quiet. Onsite restaurants were a plus after a long day of driving. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was all friendly and answered any questions we had. Beautiful view of the Mississippi. ”

“I got there late and I left really early but it was nice that they didn't charge me the parking fee so I was really grateful for that. I didn't really get to experience everything. I will say that it was clean and the staff were very kind.”

“If I could rate the staff higher than 5 stars, I would! The hotel was great! They got us checked in earlier than expected, the staff was great, greyhound restaurant was awesome with great live music and fantastic drinks and food! First time in Memphis, close to everything we wanted to do! ”

“The lodge itself is beautiful! It’s a very nice room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that every food option and drink option is very expensive. Breakfast is $25 per person. It’s rather inconvenient to leave for each meal. There are only drinks in vending machines. Also, Expedia says they charge an additional $20 for parking. That is now $40 and $100 hold on your card for incidentals. ”

“Wonderful hotel...loved the lobby! Our room was great...super cool AC...comfortable beds...really nice bathroom with sliding barn door to separate shower/toilet from sink/vanity..hot shower...lots of space...great view with very high ceilings so super quiet...walked to Bealle St.”
