Rooms require some repainting and stairwell is very dull and dark with most windows needing repair and repainting. The cocktails were fantastic though. As the restaurant closes early it would be nice to have cheese and biscuits available in the bar area in the evening

Lovely stay in a lovely lodge. Everything as described, clean and tidy and really helpful information given by Helen about stay and local area if you have never visited before.
