I’m sure MOST people stay at hotels on the weekends, so if anything goes WRONG. Why would you NOT have MAINTENANCE available or on CALL. We checked in around 4pm, our room giving was on the 2nd floor which it reeked like dead animals & burn cooking oil. When we entered the room it felt HOT or warm. As most people would think that they just never turn the AC on. So we then turn it on and left. When we got back the room STILL feels HOT (80 degrees inside). We call the front desk which we were told NO MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE and to tough it out or deal with it until the morning and someone will come look at it. Sleeping through 80-90 degree is NOT comfortable. No ONE called or checked it in the morning. I called the front desk again, which the clerk said that someone will go when they can. Hour passed and NOTHING or NO-ONE came. I called again and the clerk said that someone will go when they are done cleaning rooms. I ask how long would that be and the stupid clerk reply “NOT SURE, I Don’t know how long it takes for them to clean rooms”. So our room with NO AC is not as important as to have clean rooms, got it. At that point we checked OUT. I assure you when reading these comments, the staff is NOT HELPFUL or UNDERSTANDING in any shape or form. I will just advise anyone who decides to stay at this hotel, check the AC before actually staying. As for the so call soon to be apology or automated “Apology Communication” HAVE MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE 24 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and DO BETTER.
