“We were greeted my the smiling faces of Luci and Luis. They showed us around and told us how to contact them for any questions. Luis brought us fresh coconut water! Luci was a gem. She showed us how to prepare our fresh fish, make pantacones, and other helpful hints. We enjoyed the pool and hammocks by the beach. The info regarding thebdistance to the nearest store is very accurate so beingbwhat you meed! Hope to stay h We here again.”

“This was our first time to Costa Rica and WOW, what an experience!! We were well informed on how to get to the property from San Jose, so we had no issues driving. The house itself is stunning and has every amenity you could want. Spacious, clean as a whistle, AC when you need it, perfect size pool, and breathtaking views from the balcony. The property manager was incredibly communicative and helpful, and had fantastic recommendations on things to do, places to eat, and even found someone……

“This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Inside and outside. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the inside view or outside in the pool or deck. Rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of are geckos which are common in the country all around. They sometimes slip in the home and may alarm you but are harmless and disappear. It’s a little challenging to find the property on some gps so we used the wipeout hostel as our guide to the entrance road. Overall great stay!”

Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. We loved the hikes we did on the property and the swim in the waterfall. We also did a night tour with Jose' and had a great time seeing all the critters. “For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little……

“Beautiful beach front home. Short walk to restaurants and the local grocery store. Perfect place to explore the area between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. One of the best beaches we saw in the area. Would definitely come again!”

“Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.”

One of the owners of the home Judd was absolutely amazing recommending things to do, restaurants, and various activities. The property manager Leticia was exceptional as well. “Overall, this vacation home was enjoyable, nestled within the rainforest where we saw macaws, toucans, many other birds, squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, and howler monkeys from the top deck. The home has all the necessities for a week stay, and the location is great for visiting Manuel Antonio park and beaches. The main downside was the main floor had no air conditioning, so this part of this house (kitchen, dining room, living room) was uncomfortable. Some tall tower fans would really help.……
