Jimmy & his son just don't know how to use the A/C remote control. came in almost 12 midnight. They said they will check in around 10-11 pm. I gave them keyless entry and said I will meet them in the morning. I was surprised that they were gone the next morning. So I wasn't able to help them with the A/C. My first question to them is why they did not turn on the A/C. They don't want to come back. That is not my fault. All my past guest enjoyed the comfort of the room. I never ask them not to use the A/C. About California memo is for information only.

Not sure why the 4stars. I even allow your daughter to visit you here. Your wife picked lemons and even pick my neighbor's fig fruit. These are not normal. Please don't come back. You are no longer welcome to stay here.

Alicia & her friend just stayed here for one night. I am not sure why they feel they were not welcome. I have no idea about what she is talking about their plan to go to a show that evening that I made a "judgement"???? I always welcome my guest give the key to the house so they can come & go at any time. I leave them alone to give them privacy. I required all my guest to show proof of covid-19 vaccinations upon arrival & check temperature. This is included in my description & house rules. This is to ensure that all my guests are safe. She doesn't have to get my place to stay if she has a problem with it. I am fully vaccinated. That she never ask. My suggestion to her "read the house rules" before making a reservation. No one is forcing you to get a place that you are not comfortable with.

Lisa should have read the house rules that there is no kitchen access. I could have given Lisa a nice review but for some reason messed up the towels with stains. She also left her dirty stain face towels and took my towels with them. She also turn off the switch that is use for the refrigerator, microwave, toaster, etc. Most importantly, the surveillance camera located in the living room which is a common area (twiced). Never let me know why? On their first night I believe her company smoke pot right outside the door without closing the door. So all the smoke went inside the house and into the rooms. Though that was the last time. I just hope she realized that she is staying in a house and not hotel that they can get towels without the owner knowing it. Why did you not use the washer & dryer I conveniently provided?????
