The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All TV’s, lights, appliances and thermostat turned off. No need to strip the beds. We inspect all the linens and towels. Any wet towels please let hang to dry.

All windows and patio doors should be shut and locked. Lock Front Door and shut stairway gate. Be sure to leave Parking Permit at its designated location inside the home.

Please note you agree to pay for $150 for lost or unreturned parking permit pass. Kindly inform us if you're checking out early to have our Cleaners start as soon as possible.
