Relax in the expansive yard marveling at the beautiful endless views or venture into the city taking advantage of the limitless dining and entertainment options such as, the storied Chateau Mormont, Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the LA Zoo, and Downtown LA.

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with spacious living area comes with a fully stocked kitchen, and large wood deck area with incredible views. Just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood, in the famed Laurel Canyon neighborhood. An ideal place for relaxation and fun for the whole family!

After a thrilling day of exploration you may unwind in front of the TV or enjoy the warm and inviting outdoor living space with stunning, sweeping views. Our state of the art kitchen is tastefully appointed with stainless steal appliances, fixtures, and features including a double oven, perfect for dinning in! You may also take advantage of the integrated BBQ on the beautiful expansive deck with charming seating area.

The main house includes 3 bedrooms, a full bath with separate shower and spa tub, a second newly added bathroom with a standup shower and en-suite laundry room equipped with a HE washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, both rooms have ample closet and storage space. The third bedroom is located at the front of the house with a King size bed, TV, desk and computer chair.

The 4th bedroom is a private retreat located in a detached guest house on the upper lawn with a king size bed, full bath, wet bar, walk in closet, and work area with a desk and computer chair.

Highspeed WIFI is provided during your stay as well as a covered carport with room enough for 3 cars, tandem parking on the left side of the driveway and a single car on the right.
