The living area offers a sitting area with a cozy couch for watching a Netflix movie. There is a dining/work area and kitchenette.
Separate bedroom includes a queen size bed, and ample closet space. There is a beautiful narrow city view from this room.
A full modern bathroom with European imported tile and sleek black glass sink complete the space.
Recessed lighting and architectural details throughout. The apartment is about 400 sq. ft.
Peaceful hideaway in the middle of the buzzing city.

Designated parking space available. A modern spiral staircase, and a second flight of stairs lead guests to the private patio entrance to the unit.

There are two sets of stairs that lead to the studio. This space may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

I enjoy and appreciate different cultures. I am very respectful of others and their privacy, but am available to help if needed since I live on the premises. Guests will have access to my cell number and email once the reservation is confirmed.

Please use common sense and neatness.
Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors at all times and especially while outside at night, including the patio and street in front of the house.
Absolutely no smoking inside or outside including the backyard deck and the street in front of the house.
No parties or events.
No additional overnight guests or different guests other than those approved on the reservation are allowed without prior approval.
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets - Narrow winding stairs.
Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM
