The front desk staff was really friendly and quick to help. My only little hiccup was when I called housekeeping about extra towels. Instead of just telling us to call back when we need more (since their policy is to request room cleaning a day in advance), the person on the phone hung up on us twice, which was a bit frustrating. Also, there’s a separate fee if you want to park in their lot. It’s handled by a third-party, not the hotel itself, which was a bit surprising for LA, but maybe that’s pretty common now. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but overall, it’s a good place to stay.
