Great room at a reasonable price, extremely close to the airport. Only minor issue was our room was not stocked with bath or hand towels when we got there. However, the front desk clerk Luis was very apologetic and helpful and brought some up.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The room was syper dirty. Hair in the bathroom floor. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't get room service, no clean towels. We had to ask for new clean towels on the 2nd night. Also not enough parking spaces but they do charge $10 per night for parking. Breakfast was nasty. Never going to stay there again.

Parking lot was under construction with no notofication when booki g. My flight was late and I got there at 2:30am. Couldn't pull up to the front door and was told to find street parking in the middle of the night a few blocks from the hotel. Then was woken up by construction noises and traffic a few hours later because they had left the window slightly open. Awful experience, would never go back.

Worse stay starting with someone trying to get into my room at 4:30 am to them calling early on my check out day to say the water would be shut down and it never did. The “General Manager” has 0 customer service skills and not once did he apologize or do anything to make it right. Was by far my worst experience ever at a hotel. Motel 6 probably had better service.

Credit Card Machine broke down as we were registering. Tried 3 different cards and none worked and it took 15-20 minutes to register. Front desk clerk, Tanya was, however, a gem. She took care of us all weekend. Also, when we were trying to leave to make it to the airport for a flight, a staff member had allowed someone to park overnight on the ramp out of the underground garage, completely blocking our exit. Had to call an Uber to pick up my friend or he would have missed his flight. Tanya, again, was tremendous and took the parking charge off of our bill for the inconvenience.

It's less than basic, but this will do if you are looking for something close to LAX. Also, expired yogurt and brown bananas are just a glimpse of how awful their breakfast is.

Didn't like difficulty/lack of obtaining room service, fire alarm going off in the early morning. Desk attendant Marty was extremely courteous and helpful during our stay. Please commend him.

Love it!
We LOVE this place! We took a chance despite of the bad reviews, and they have to be people who are competing or something , because we’ve always gotten the best service, they’re quick to handle any issue, they’re all super friendly, quiet hotel, the parking isn’t all that great but it depends on the day and time, that’s really the only thing negative I have to ever say about this place!

Deplorable, unsafe, disgusting and sketchy
Hotel was extremely run down, had a terrible odor in common areas and rooms. Carpets were filthy and staff was not very helpful. My room faced the freeway and was very noisy. We slept maybe 2 hours at best. The other family I was with checked out immediately due to the very poor condition of the hotel. I called the front desk to ask if all rooms were in this condition and they said “yea, pretty much”. The only reason I did not check out is because I was without transportation it was late in a shady neighborhood and my daughter was falling asleep. Please beware of this place. The only positive I can give is the shuttle ride to LAX. The driver was timely, courteous and had a very clean vehicle. I should mention that as we were waiting for the shuttle two guest were outside smoking marijuana and another patron was being arrested in the parking lot. You can make this stuff up!!
