1-1/2-bedroom 1 bath apartment, upper apartment., 1st bedroom queen bed, 36-inch smart tv window air conditioner, dresser drawers
2nd room has a twin-size loft bedroom.
24-inch smart tv, dresser and fan. It’s a small room. Living room has sofa that makes into double bed, ,42-inch smart tv. Full kitchen with all amenities, apt is updated and very. Nice. Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also

Great place for quick weekend in Long Beach

Property was perfect for our weekend stay in Long Beach. Apartment is beautiful and had everything we could want for a very comfortable stay but is really best for 2 people. Communication was difficult during check in process.

Home away from home

The apt was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They made great use of space with the loft for the half bedroom. The owners were gracious and responsive. The apt is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. I would stay here again.

Very nice location

Everything was great from check in to check out. Very clean and very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants was about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay again.

The Baby Shower

Property manager was great to deal with. There was a mix up on arrival date on my part. She easily worked it out, was pleasant and responded quickly to my panicked email.The place was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Walking distance (a few bocks) to beach, restaurants and shops. Great place!

It’s a nice place with a lovely decoration inside, we loved the space and had great time there. The only issue that we had was finding a place to park because is really hard to find a spot.

The apartment is so cute and super convenient for walking-- the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The apartment was quiet, well laid out, and had everything we needed for three adults and a baby to have a marvelous time. Parking was challenging at times, so carpool, drive or smallest car, and be prepared to walk.

Beach vaca with my daughter

The location and apartment was perfect for my and my daughter's beach get away! It is an easy walk to the beach and to the grocery store, we also discovered a delicious little pizza place within walking distance. We didn't need a car, just took an Uber one day to the outlet mall.

Excellent Location in Long Beach & Super Cute Too

I stayed here with my daughter, her husband and their son (14). The location was ideal for walking to the beach, getting some groceries, or shopping on Second Street. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, relax, watch TV, or play a game together. Would definitely stay again! Oh, and very clean.

Great location close to beach and shopping

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, perfect size for 2 adults. We could walk to the beach or 2nd Street in 2 minutes, making the location ideal. Parking was a little annoying but not impossible. Kitchen had all the essentials but bring absolutely everything you need for cooking ingredients.

Delivered on last-minute back up stay

We had a great stay at a property close by in a loved area of Belmont Shores. There was a last minute issue with the original property we booked, and Tracey offered an alternative that worked for our group. Long Beach Visit

It took a while to get entry instructions from the owner, and the keys used were frustrating to use in the very old lock system — probably more so because of a tiring trip beforehand. But the apartment had terrific period charm in a great neighborhood, and was clean and well-equipped.

A fine place to stay, just a few things

The apartment is in a great locale - easy to walk to places you would want to go, easy access to public transportation. The apartment is quite comfortable, especially the main room, however, it is not a two-bedroom, it is a one-bedroom that sleeps 4 due to a loft in a closet and a sleeping couch. That being said, the loft bed was very comfortable. Also, it was quite clear that the cleaning crew didn't quite finish their work. The apartment was very clean, great, but it was a bit weird to walk into the main bedroom and see the bed linens piled on top of the bed and dirty towels in a basket in the hall. However, overall this apartment met our needs.
