“新鲜”

“We reserved two rooms. One had water all over the bathroom mirror and spots of black mold around the bathroom mirror and walls. I told the front desk and they moved me immediately. The other room had what appeared to be blood and feces between the mirror and sink and on the grab bar in the bathroom. The manager said he initiated a 20% refund through Expedia. I called Expedia and they told me they knew nothing about it and did not have a refund for me. I called the property, left a message over……

“Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : (”
