Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval. ✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. ✔️ Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. ✔️ We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests. ✔️ Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules.
