Everything was great. The only thing we did not like was the lack of communication. Parking turned out to be on the street. We were lucky that one of the neighbours told us we should not park the car on the street that day because of cleaning and that we would be fined. Owner’s response took a couple of hours via email as no phone was provided. Owner just told us to avoid trash day as though we were locals and knew when trash day was. The other thing is that the outdoor area was not well maintained. Chairs were dusty with lots of spider webs. One last thing: a variety of pillows should be provided as not all guests prefer high pillows. Thanks

Wasnt cleaned

We picked this house because it was close to the venue where we were going to. We arrived a few minutes b4 the 4pm check in and the house had not been clean, beds where a mess, no clean towels, dishes and trash places. When I notified the host they said send pictures, sent pictures. While sending pictures we notice mold in the bathrooms and the door up stair to the balcony was open and would not lock. Trying to figure out what to do because we had an almost 2 year old and a 9 month old with us. The host said they could send a cleaning crew and offer another house for the time being or to come back. We took the offer and moved another 15-20mins further from the venue. At 730pm they said they house was clean and we could move back but by than we had the babies situated at the new place so we ask to stay.
