Very nice stay for Arcadia (Arboretum) weekend

Two nice-sized bedrooms with ensuite baths, but the three rooms smaller rooms share a bath. Very comfortable for our group of three friends. Glassware and flatware a bit short for a larger group. Plenty of small ethnic restaurants in walking distance.

Property nice but missing essentials

Property owner was slow on communication and didn’t respond to a few basic questions. The property does not supply any towels in kitchen or bathrooms. Asked the owner 2 times for towels with. I response. When booking the property VRBO said it had a sauna whirlpool and it does not. Also when we asked to check in a little early the property manager said that it was a $100 fee. Area is great and the five bedrooms were perfect for what we wanted but property manager needs to Communicate better.
