This villa sits on the world renowned “Strand” right on the beach. Unobstructed Ocean views from every floor from Malibu to Catalina Island. Designed by Tomaro Architecture and built to exacting standards with state-of-the-art design, smart home technology, refined finishes and energy efficiency. This contemporary Villa features a 4-person elevator taking you to all living areas of the home. 4 Bedrooms (possible 5) with 5.5 baths, Custom gourmet kitchen with built-in refrigerator, pantry and Wolf range/oven. Double door entry to owner’s suite that showcases an oversized walk in closet, steam shower, two fireplaces and an amazing view of the ocean. A car elevator and carport have been added to enable parking for 5 vehicles on the premises. The Strand patio features a 20 foot long gas fire feature. (See in photos). Plan to be astonished when you see the lower level of this amazing home. It boasts a guest bedroom, full bath, and a private 4k home theater room with custom viewing lounge. Lounge can also be used for an additional sleeping space. The lower level features a large wall humidity and temperature controlled wine storage area. Roof deck with a full Kitchen, providing spectacular views from Malibu and Catalina Island. Furnace with humidity control and 2 tankless water heaters. Control4 Media Package with intercom and security system. Everything you asked for is in this luxurious contemporary Villa on the Beach.

    Perfect property in the perfect location
    Located right on Hermosa Beach, the property delivers on everything you see in the pictures and more. It is an amazing house that is beautifully furnished and appointed. Eric met us upon arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know about the house. He also helped with restaurant recommendations. It’s a 5 star house on a 5 star beach with a 5 star owner. If you’re going to be in the area, you should definitely stay here.

    Location, property and property mgr was all great. Being close to Manhattan Beach for shopping and dining worked out well. Access for driving south towards Newport Beach, or north into LA was also very desirable. Great having the beach literally off the patio was very cool! Lots of volley ball to watch. And dog friendly property!!!

    Modern Oceanfront home
    The house is a new, modern, high tech property located on the Strand directly on Hermosa Beach. The home is spacious and comfortable. The location cannot be beat — gorgeous views and evening sunsets — steps to the beach and steps to restaurants and fun. The kitchen is exceptional to cook and prepare meals in. Would definitely stay at this property again. Eric was very responsive and friendly to requests and questions.

    Beautiful spot
    The house is beautiful. Nicely/attractively staged for sale. Excellent location. Roomy and best of all, right on the Strand/Beach with absolutely beautiful sunsets. We were also happy that we could bring our (quiet and well-mannered) dogs. The downside is that it is not really set up as a rental on the beach; so need to bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's etc. The china was beautiful china that could not go in the dishwasher (more for show), so we ordered plastic plates and bowls that we could use and wash in the dishwasher and brought them home with us. Overall, a winning location.

    Amazing house with a great host
    We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s place. The house is nothing short of amazing. Right on the strand, short walk to Hermosa Pier. Eric was a wonderful host, very flexible and quick to answer any questions!! Can’t wait to come back!

    Architectural Home in Prime Location
    Eric was a great host and met me before it was time to check in. The house is amazing and no expenses have been spared. The location could not be closer to the beach without being in the ocean itself. This is perfect for a family with kids or a few couples just wanting to get away for a while. The kitchen/dining/living room all open up to the patio facing the ocean, so there are incredible sunsets to view while preparing dinner. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy and their own bathroom. Movie theatre room is incredible and has all of the streaming services you would need for movie night. Overall, the place was terrific and we would consider staying there again. thanks again Eric

    Great socal getaway
    This house is absolutely amazing. Very modern, plenty of parking spaces and spectacular views. Eric was great, he met us at the property and showed us how to use everything and was a phone call away if we needed. The location is perfect, it's right on the strand so you have direct access to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing beach vacation.
