Your very own private studio guest house! Very cozy and is ready for your visit to Los Angeles. The guesthouse is great for solo travelers, couples, business travelers, a small family and even your small fur babies.
The 500 sq ft guest house features a queen bed with a loveseat and single sofa. It has a 50” TV which includes Apple TV with access Netflix, Hulu, HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME etc. There is closet space to store your clothes and shoes, a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and full size private bathroom. There is also a full size washer/dryer outside on the property for use as well. This space also includes extra blankets and pillows for your stay. Right outside is an outdoor patio with seating and a gas fire grill for some BBQing.
There is street parking right outside the house with easy access to the back side manual gate entrance.
During the hotter months, the room is air conditioned with a wall ac unit and high velocity fan (if needed). The cooler months include a portable heater to keep the guest house nice and cozy.
Also, please no smoking at all inside the guesthouse. This includes cigarettes, weed, cigars or vaping. There is an outside area. Thanks so much!
