The hotel was in a perfect location, not only close to the beach but also not too far from the So-Fi stadium. It worked wonderfully for us. We loved our room and how easy it was to check in. The staff was superful and kind. The room was so nice and we loved the balcony. Definitely would recommend and will stay again in the future.

Pros - Great location (20 min walk to hermosa pier) surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Huge rooms and super clean. Hot tub! Friendly and helpful staff. Cons - No pool. The breakfast was meh. The bacon was very greasy and thin and the eggs seemed like liquid eggs. I would definitely return!

It was my second time in a week staying here (was in town for the BTS concerts) and the second stay was just as nice as the first. The front desk attendant was lovely and the room we had was spacious and clean. The bathrooms could use minor updating but again, it was clean. Parking was plentiful and felt safe. I loved the location being next to Trader Joe's, Five Below, and many other spots we could easily walk or drive to. It was quiet and I felt safe as a female traveler. We didn't get to the free breakfast this time but the first time we stayed, they had hot foods as well as cold foods and juice. I would stay here again!

Suite was spacious, clean. Reception staff were professional & pleasant. Parking garage a plus. Good location. Elevator floor tile is crumbling, concerned about tripping. I requested fresh wash rags 3 times before receiving fresh bath & hand towels—never received the new wash rags. Breakfast is less to be desired & the employee seemed bothered when I requested napkins, forks, a plate, as there weren’t any out (she was sweeping the floors at that time). Fitness center is very minimal—could use less than 10 lb weights & a mat.
