El Lugar no debería pertenecer a Ramada hotel está muy descuidado y viejo los muebles en general las alfombras, pintura y ruido .. no lo recomiendo para que ustedes lo tengan en su plataforma … terrible el lugar es más bien un motel.

Started charging for parking which should be illegal to charge hotel guests. I likely wont be staying here anymore due to this change. I generally stay for a week or more so I am not interested in additional nighy cost. Room service didnt service me at all during my 5 day stay and when I asked for towels they were out. Front desk team isn't the most friendly.

I didn’t like the stuff. The management. Conected to crime. They towed my .car just because had out of state license plate Had no reason. To tow my car. I was register guess. They didn’t care.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My car was actually towed once just because the parking pass “wasn’t visible” on my dashboard, even though I had the entry code. Then it was almost towed a second time for supposedly “double parking” when in reality one wheel was just touching the line. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, I didn’t have WiFi for my entire stay. I complained multiple times and nobody bothered to help or fix it. The room itself was disgusting—bugs everywhere and it didn’t feel clean at all. This place is poorly managed, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful to its guests. I will never stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. The bathroom was covered in mold all around the tub. There was mold around the windows and the smell was very off putting. When checking in 2 of the other customers almost started fighting and were cussing up a storm. One of the elevators would trap you inside for a few minutes before opening.

Están coludidos con un sistema de grúas para hacer negocio, se olidas dejar un hojita en el tablero, ellos te remolcan y te cobran $400. Aún pagando 10 dls por uso del estacionamiento. En vez de qué te avisen y verifiquen tu situación en el estacionamiento, simplemente es corrupción

Es un hotel en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento, el personal grosero y lo peor pagas estacionamiento y si no dejas la hoja en el tablero te remolcan y pagas 400 dólares, según ellos porque ingresan autos de más, debe de haber más criterio y responsabilidad de parte de ellos pero el hospedar no es su negocio el negocio es multar vehículos y remolcar vehículos

Had staff enter room without knocking before coming into my hotel room, and it wasn’t even close to check out time!! They came in without knocking or yelling out “housekeeping”, very unprofessional

Convenient for an overnight stay in L.A. However property is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Room had a musty smell, carpet was old, towel bar in the bathroom was broken. Also, L.A. has a mandatory non-refundable hotel service charge.

The customer service is very poor. The first room they put me in had mold and it was missing refrigerator, which was supposed to already come with the room. I had a strong mildew holder on the carpet. My allergies have been out of control since I went to facility and I may have to go to urgent care if my nose doesn’t stop running. I had no problems with no sickness or anything before I booked a room at this place.

On arrival, entrance blocked by construction and no available parking. Contrary to advertising, I was charged for hotel parking and told their policy had, “recently changed.” Told us I didn’t pay, I could park “somewhere “ across the street maybe. Shower curtain rod hanging and bent so curtain wouldn’t close. Broken tiles, dirty floors and overall musty smell in room. Maid arrived second day and took dirty towels without replacing anything. Exterior “smoking area” at entrance to parking structure filled with gangster punks that commented loudly to everyone going to their cars. Fortunately I was away during both days of my stay and only returned to sleep and shower. Have fun with the wet shower floor and maybe someone will look up to fix the shower rod!

4泊宿泊しました。駐車場料金込みの値段を確認して予約したら、現地では一日10ドルかかると？すぐにエキスペディアのチャットで相談しましたが、対応が悪く、最後まで私達は安心する事が出来ませんでした。部屋は、強烈なカビ臭さ、いつもジメジメしており、窓が閉まっているのに、道路の音が聞こえてくる、駐車場も狭くて停めづらいという点はマイナスですが、夜帰って寝るだけというなら我慢出来るかな？私達夫婦はもうと泊まらないと思います。
