The location was great! Super easy walk to get to the beach and the staff were friendly! The only thing is the days we were staying, they were fixing the roof which was pretty noisy and the room bathrooms were dirty.

I liked that the desk lady accommodated her parking since climbing extra steps would be hard for me plus the 2 disability spaces were occupied very nice Only breakfast was a disappointment since there were no seating and ran out of coffee and waffle machine was acting up fruit was taken already when I arrived But overall the stay was excellent

The property is on the pacific coast highway and close to the ocean and the boardwalk, this is the only positive about this hotel. Parking is good. Old rooms, slightly dirty, had to keep asking for room to be cleaned, front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly, it is a free breakfast but a cold breakfast only restocked every few days. For the money I don’t think this was worth it.

Parking is rough. The room was noisy at night, it seemed that some people lived there. No smoking, but Pot smell was strong. Breakfast was ok, only one waffle maker and a family of 7 made 13 waffles before anyone else could use it. By then we just ate cereal and a banana. Overall it was just OK.

Unfortunately the rooms are dirty. The staff is not helpful. The hotel is well located and has potential but the rooms need maintenance and the staff needs to be trained. Specially the manager. He smiles and does nothing about the issues.

The room was quiet, a decent size and very clean. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. No complaints and would recommend for a no frills stay in a convenient location near the beach.
