Severely below par
I am one who rarely writes reviews but this one is necessary. We greatly disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment.
1) The kitchen was a mess. The refrigerator had broken shelves on the door. The dishwasher did not clean dishes properly. We needed to hand wash every plate, pot, pan and glass before initial use. There after we never used the dishwasher.
2) The dust under the couch and beds was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
3) The carpeting was old, dirty and dusty.
4) The bathroom windows had no window shades/blinds which allowed light from the courtyard to flow into the bedroom in the evening disturbing our sleep.
5) We were told we would get replacement bulbs for missing ones in the hallway and dining area which never came.
6) We were also told we would get replacement for pots and pans. These too never appeared.
Our cost for a 30 day rental was just under $5000 which included VRBO fee and taxes. Totally overpriced!
