It is located in the lovely Alamitos Beach neighborhood of Long Beach! Both spacious and thoughtfully designed, this 904 square foot unit is one half of a duplex with completely private interior accommodations and a shared backyard.

Kindly note: there's an onsite driveway with space available for (1) vehicle. It is tandem parking that's shared with the duplex neighbor, so you may occationally have to let one another out of the driveway. In addition, there is street parking all around however availability of the closest spots will vary depending on the time and what's happening in the area. The property is near downtown on a on a busy main street with all the people, cars, sights and sounds of a city.

Now, back to our home...

The interior space is decked out with a full size memory foam bunk bed (2 beds) in the first room; one queen size memory foam bed w/ optional baby playpen, a work desk and flat screen smart TV in the second room; and a queen size Article sofa bed in the living room. The optimal number of guests is 6 but we can accommodate more of the little ones if they’re willing to pile up ;)

In the spacious open concept kitchen you’ll discover stainless steel appliances and lots of items to tinker with - pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, teapot and more. Start your day with a cup of joe from our delicious Keurig, and end it with the perfect adult nightcap, a cocktail at the bar cabinet.

The living room features a comfy sofa, plush blankets and pillows with a splash of greenery. Snuggle up while you Netflix and chill, watching the 55” flat screen smart TV equipped with a range of apps to log into.

The modern comforts continue with additional amenities like a high speed internet, a full size bathroom, laundry room w/ washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair blow dryer, mini personal sized shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, family board games, and a portable Bluetooth speaker. You'll also have access to the shared backyard featuring a charcoal bbq grill, dining table, outdoor seating around a fire pit and string lighting.

This property is on a busy main street so you will hear cars, people walking by, and other city sounds (plus occasionally your duplex neighbors next door) - therefore if you are noise sensitive this may not be the best fit.

That said, your well being is our top priority so the place is outfitted with exterior security cameras ONLY. There are no cameras on the inside.
