Quiet neighborhood in North Manhattan Beach Very walkable, bikes, uber -This house does not have Air Conditioner but does have fans. By booking our house, you agree to the following rules - No events, parties or loud music are permitted in this home. House may be equipped with a noise smart home device that detects noise levels. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. - Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation - Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. - There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. - No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by the host. Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund. You will also be charged $250 per night if an unapproved guest was on the property. - This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in unit and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We will charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. - We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. - Guests who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review. - If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience. - By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12 hour notice and without your consent. I.E. - WiFi issues, water heating, plumbing, security cameras disconnected/troubleshooting, etc. - You agree that you’re booking in good will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your host’s business because you’re unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or you lose a resolution. - By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home.
