Just one block from the beach and famous Rosie’s Dog Beach, this charming retreat offers comfort, privacy, and convenience in the heart of Belmont Shore.

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy both a large front and back patio—fully enclosed for safety and privacy, perfect for small children and pets. Ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. A hose is available on the front patio to rinse off sandy paws after a day at Rosie’s dog beach.

Unbeatable Location:
Just two blocks from vibrant 2nd Street, with over 200 restaurants, cafés, and unique shops, many with outdoor seating and pet-friendly policies. Von’s grocery store is a pleasant walk or quick 2-minute drive away. Uber and DoorDash are readily available, so you can go days without using your car.

Comfort & Amenities:
State-of-the-art Bosch Mini Split AC/heating units in each bedroom and the living room, personalized climate control for every guest.

Private, secure garage with remote, rare in the shore area, plus beach chairs, and beach towels.

Fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, and linens provided.

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved pets welcome. Please do not leave them unattended in the house unless crated.

Nice quiet neighborhood about 4 blocks to the beach. House was nice. Could definitely use a refresh. Furniture in living room was not very comfortable. Just a few very low chairs. Noticed quite a few bugs in the house. Owner was very accessible and nice. Overall it fit our needs.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was attractive, clean, and clutter free. It was the perfect size for four adults and a toddler. This home allowed my husband with mobility issues to be comfortable because it is single story, has a walk in shower, plus an attached garage. Having a high chair and a wide selection of toys was an added bonus. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend this home.
