"Unfortunately the room upon checkin was not cleaned well and I had to ask for them to reclean. There was food on the walls and a large unusual stain on the ceiling. I did like the size of the rooms and bathroom size. I wish they had elevators as it was a lot to carry bags up three flights of stairs. ..."

"We checked in with Carlos, I asked him to confirm there were no feather pillows/comforters in the room due to allergies. He confirmed no feathers anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't check, we enjoyed the resort and the next morning I woke up with swollen eyes. There were feathers in 3 of the pillows. ..."
