Fabulous property

The house and views are stunning. Perfect for 2 families with teenagers. We had the chef make dinner 2 nights and it was excellent. Communication with the owner, concierge and property manager were easy and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We hope to come back!

Absolute Paradise

We loved our stay at the villa! The space was very clean, well maintained and decorated, and came equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Chef Viktor is absolutely amazing and he cooked the best meals we had in Cabo San Lucas. We saw so many whales from the pool, the whole experience felt like a dream. I will note the shower water was cold, which was probably the only negative thing, but we managed! This villa is truly the best, I cannot recommend it enough. The neighborhood is super safe and we loved all the little gardens throughout the property too. Great stay 11/10 would recommend.

The villa was absolutely breathtaking, the pictures truly don’t do the place justice! Our host and Marzia helped plan an incredible few days for our bachelorette party of 9. Chef Victor and bartender Eddie were outstanding and provided the best welcome we could’ve asked for. Chef Victor also pampered us on our final day with homemade breakfast and kept the drinks mixed all day for us while we enjoyed the pool. Our host helped us arrange for in house massages on our last day as well as IV services during our stay. The service was nothing short of amazing. The views are incredible and we were even able to whale watch from the pool, such an incredible experience and we can’t wait to revisit!

Guy’s trip success!

Our group was extremely impressed with the property. The online pictures are great but they truly don’t do the house justice. Marzia was great to communicate with before our trip and answered any questions we had, as well as making great recommendations for a private chef and transportation to/from the airport. Alvaro was also a great help giving us a tour of the house when we arrived and checked with us before our departure. The house is in a quiet, gated community but there were no complaints when we played our music on the sound system. It was only a short bus/car ride to the downtown area where we were able to go out at the local bars. Overall, we left Cabo with an unbelievable first impression and this property is a large reason why!

The views were stunning, the grounds were impeccable, the furnishings were perfect, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Every detail was perfect. The suites were shockingly large and beautifully decorated. This home exceeded our wildest expectations. We will absolutely be back!

We recently stayed, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is gorgeous, and the views are unbelievable. I highly recommend getting the chef for at least a few meals. We arrived to a spread of wonderful appetizers and drinks. We also had a lunch and a dinner prepared, and it was the best food we had while in Cabo with plenty of leftovers. House is extremely clean, and the beds and linens were excellent. The pool and spa were awesome. The concierge/property management were on the ball with any questions we had as far as transportation or recommendations of activities for our families. Easy access to golf, grocery shopping, and close to downtown Cabo. Zero complaints!

Most beautiful villa!

From beginning to end of our stay, we had such an amazing experience. We went for my bachelorette party, and every girl loved that there were so many rooms and bathrooms. The beds felt like clouds, and it was in a super safe part of Cabo. The views were breathtaking and most importantly, Alvero Marzia and the transportation service were excellent! Such quick help and had everything taken care of at a moments notice. Highly highly recommend, I want to go back! Only thing I suggest would be to bring alot of cash because many of the extra services need to be paid in cash!

Amazing 35th Birthday celebration :)

I celebrated my 35th birthday in Cabo with 10 of my close girl friends. Property is really nice and close to downtown area. Although there are not any pictures of it, there are 2 casitas on the property, one with a king bed and small kitchenette/ full bath, and a second casita with 2 queen beds and full bathroom. There are only three bedrooms in the main house. Marzia from the concierge team was so helpful with the entire process. I was able to coordinate massages, Covid testing, a private Yacht ride, stocking of groceries prior to arrival, private chef services with Victor, and transportation services to and from the airport etc. Marzia was so helpful and ensured a seamless process. I absolutely recommend Victor for chef services. We splurged for my birthday and had him there for several meals 4 out of our 5 night stay. All of the food he prepared was amazing and I cannot wait to go back just for the delicious tamales! The pool is nice, however we were unable to get the jacuzzi jets to work and get warm. I recommend putting lavender/citronella candles outside to ward off the mosquitos and extra bug spray in the house. The mosquitoes were vicious and we were unable to truly enjoy the outside area because of it. I definitely recommend this property and will come back and stay here in the future. Thank you

An absolutely beautiful $million plus dollar home.

My wife and four children (18, 16, 15 and 11) had an absolutely fantastic time at this gorgeous million $ plus home. Beautiful pool view of the ocean. Manager Alvero, took care of everything. Highly recommended. Gorgeous 5 bedroom home, beautiful kitchen with unbelievable views. A must stay place. We will be back. Thank you for making this our best vacation.

This house was absolutely amazing. The beds where out of this world comfortable and I returned home and bought the pillows!! Service from the home owners was more than a first time Mexico visitor could ask for. Don’t forget to ask about personal chef service hands down amazing.

Perfect for families and large groups.

What an amazing property!!! The community (Cabo Del Sol) is growing fast, and this property has incredible access to everything, the beach, the golf courses, restaurants, everything. It's only a 10 minute drive into downtown Cabo and the marina where there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shops, but it's real easy to just stay at the house and lounge by the pool all day. The Property Manager and hosts were amazing. They helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airport plus around town all week. They also helped us book activities and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. They sent us a grocery list before our arrival and then shopped for us before we got there. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to arrive to a full refrigerator and pantry and NOT have to go shop. Overall an amazing stay. I can see us making this a yearly destination.

Incredible property, Amazing views, wonderful service

Of all the vacations our group has taken to Cabo, this property is by far the BEST house we have stayed in. We were all impressed by how beautiful the property was and the layout of the house was perfect for accommodating our family and friends. We were welcomed upon our arrival by the concierge service which made all the difference after a day of travel. Their service was top notch. I have to say that there are also great areas for entertaining larger groups both indoor and outdoor. We took advantage of their chef services for a few meals and were able to fully utilize both spaces. The kids and adults loved the pool and spa equally. It was so nice having our own space while also being a short ride into town to experience the city. It was definitely hard to leave such an amazing space, but we are already planning and looking forward to booking this property again next year.
