“El conjunto tiene muy buenos servicios, desayunos, cafetería, billar, tennis de mesa, piscina, BBQ. Sin embargo, el servicio si debe mejorar, esperamos por un desayuno 40 minutos, al momento de hacer check in tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo porque no aparecía la reservación. Los apartamentos son súper cómodos pero el piso se nota muy sucio. ”

“The over the water cabin was everything I expected and more; the flowers and balloons arrangements were awesome; property is perfect for a couple's escapade . The only downside is the water situation (which I understand is outside the control of the hotel) ”

“I really enjoyed my stay here , it was only one night as we were on our way to Santa Marta . This is a beautiful place to stay ,staff is friendly very relaxing loved the pool area and the house is beautiful. One negative was that our room was very dusty but everything else is 💯 ”

“If you like walking this place is definitely a must. We stayed at Ayenda and walked to the beach daily as well as to monument where a video of us was taken, that was a lot of fun. Downside, we didnt have running water often and that really affected us and our view of the place. Make sure the price you were promised and the price they charge you is the same. I was told $165 but ended up paying around $240. I should have checked myself so I won't blame the location, just want to make sure people……

“We stayed at juanmar for 1 night as a quick getaway from the city during our 1 week trip to cartagena. Pro's: the staff and the owners were absolutely wonderful and very warm and welcoming. During our stay the hotel and the town of Santa Veronica were not very busy, traveling as a couple looking for a quiet place this was ideal. We had a private beach and hotel nearly to ourselves. The cool ocean breeze was a nice break from the heat in the city. The location was great, a short distance……

“La atención pésima, aunque recibí un correo de confirmación de la reserva cuando llegamos al "hotel" a las 9 pm, este establecimiento tenía las puertas cerradas, no tiene ni siquiera una recepción como cualquier otro hotel, apenas tiene un timbre en la puerta; luego de timbrar nos hablo una señora al otro lado de la puerta (nunca abrió la puerta, ni logramos tener una atención cara a cara) quien nos informo que no estaba autorizada para permitirnos el ingreso, que como habíamos hecho la reserva,……
