“The Lincoln Street Cottage is exactly what you see on the site EXCEPT better! It’s immaculate, simple and soooo cute! The hosts have thought of everything which made us feel very comfortable and cozy. If I ever get a chance to come back to SLO I will definitely stay here again. Five stars!! Thank you for such an easy, safe, comfortable stay!”

“This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. Great……

“The lofts are lovely … well-designed with everything we needed. Also lots of space to spread out. Beautiful decor. Easy check in. Great location in walking distance to lots of good restaurants & coffee shops. The only thing that detracted from the room was the noise from the building HVAC system. It literally shakes the walks and vibrates the dishes on the shelves. I didn’t notice this in the day, only at night. It was the wall with the fridge & sink.”

“Great location near beach for exploring SLO area, dog friendly, roomy space for one or two. Nice loft like room with lovely decor, view, easy parking, quiet except for Amtrak stop close by at 6:30 am! Nice wake up call. Loved it overall. Stairs sturdy.”

“Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!”

“This was a perfect romantic get-away. The outside deck was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee, as well as our evening wine. Being able to see and hear the ocean from our room was so relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting many of the local restaurants and we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare meals also. The BBQ area was perfect for grilling while we enjoyed the fire pit. Having beach access right across the street ensured we got our walk on the……

“Fantastic property”

“We stayed at this cottage for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Susanne is super friendly and hospitable. The cottage is really comfortable and well-stocked for cooking. The beautifully landscaped private yard is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. There's so many things nearby to hike and explore. So sad to leave, but can't wait to return!”

“Lovely cozy comfortable suite (with a few quirks), epic deck, great kitchen, and thoughtful hosts on site. I wish they managed the bookings themselves because the communication from the property managers Retreats (via VRBO) was frighteningly terrible, including no emailed info on check-in procedures and a 3 hour delay in response to texts the day of that I sent begging for door code (during a veritable monsoon when it wasn’t safe to be outside). I liked the location and vibe of the place but……
