「On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the property was well maintained—mostly. On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. The breakfast was nicely complete but needs to be replenished in a more timely manner and the tables need to be cleaned more often.」

「Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.」

「I was told I had 2 different reservations, I didn’t, but was charged for both. However, I was locked out of my room at midnight and the man at the desk I fought with over the 2 rooms, was in the back and unlocked the door, I was not expecting that. So mixed review - however the breakfast is pretty much cereal or yogurt, not a typical “continental breakfast”.」

「Odd smell in the main spaces my children complained about, bare bones breakfast (but a breakfast nonetheless), easy to get to. Cheapest place I found in a relatively large area. Was fine for a brief late overnight, early start stay.」

「We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!」

「Our stay at this property was like staying with family. The owners are very friendly and they made sure we didn't want for anything. The property was newly rehabbed, the beds were comfortable and the property was clean.」

「We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.」
