“We absolutely loved this house and the back garden where we spent most evenings and early mornings. The thick walls and effective shutters meant we kept the house cool despite searing heat. Philippe was an excellent and most helpful host and started us off with a nice supply of goodies. The evening we spent with Philippe and Anne (neither of whom we’d ever met before) will stay with us for a long time. I highly recommend this house - and I’ve not even talked about the location which is so……

“Tout s est très bien passé. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable. Super piscine.

“The House was truly magnificent. The Pool, Gardens, the vicinity close to Douelle couldn't have been better. Monsieur Boone was so very helpful with our questions about the area around the house.however there are 2 things that prevented our stay being an 8 out of 10 rather than a 10out of 10.1, there was no air conditioning the VRBO website clearly shows that the property had air-conditioning. we chose the property because of this we had a pregnant relative staying who needed this. Monsieur……

“We enjoyed a wonderful week exploring the Célé Valley while staying in this charming, well-equipped villa. The highlight was undoubtedly the pool area, with its large swimming pool, breathtaking views across the valley, plenty of shaded spots, and a convenient outdoor kitchen. At night, the skies were simply spectacular. The Milky Way was clearly visible, and we were lucky enough to see plenty of shooting stars.A big thank you to Viviane and Willem for being such welcoming and helpful hosts. We……

“Heerlijk rustig, leuk zwembad.

“Very nice house on a perfect location for some day trips.”

“Pool was perfect, and a nice touch that there were pool inflatables. Good gate to protect for kids. House was really lovely . Kitchen very well appointed. 2nd kitchen was very useful. Good parking. A lovely view from the veranda, and quite peaceful, despite the road running through the valley. Lovely tracks near the house for running and walking. Great Super U supermarket in Salviac - 10 minutes down the road. Garden was quite sloped, so not great for playing football! But an all around great……

“Très belle maison. Hôe très disponible, réactive et agréable”
