"I was bitten on my legs by insect first night, i saw flying bug in room during stay.Close to metro and enough shops and cafes. Bathtub could be replaced it was outdated and had bad leak."

"역에서의 접근성, 쇼핑몰에의 연결등 아주 편리합니다. 수영장, 피트니스 시설은 아주 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 외부 식당과 가깝고 많아 호텔내 식사는 다음기회에 이용해 보겠습니다. 룸 티비에 넷플렉스가 안되는건 너무 아쉽네요.어쩌다 안된건지 막아 놓은건지 모르겠지만, 빨리 연결하는게 좋습니다. 시내뷰 룸에서는 2호선 열차소리가 조금 시끄럽게 들립니다. 샤워룸에서 물이 흘러나오니 위험할수 있습니다.개선해야 할듯 합니다. "

"Was a great stay, and loved the amenities especially the cafeteria. There are convenience stores nearby and can also order food online to be delivered to the lobb. A lot of food and restaurants options nearby too. Would definitely stay here again. "

It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."

"部屋のすみにゲジゲジみたいな虫が一度いました。風呂のシャワーの水量が弱く、困りました。一度にたくさんの部屋で使うと水量が減る、という説明でしたが、朝使っても水量は少なかったです。エアコンから水が漏れて、真下に置いていた土産品が濡れました。連絡したら修理に来てくれましたが…スタッフの方の表情はにこやかで好印象でした。それ以外は問題なかったですが、冬には浴室問題があるため泊まるのは辛いかなと思います。"

"사진과 호텔스 닷컷 평점보고 예약했는데요 사진은 뽀샵 혹은 최초 인테리어 했을때 사진이지 않을까 싶네요 실제 가서 보면 오래되어 깨끗해 보이지 않습니다 수건도 오래되어서 수건은 가정에서 오래쓰면 부드러움 빠진 거친 마치 걸레처럼 뻐신 느낌의 수건인데 오래되어서 흰색인데 살짝 회색빛이 나는 수건 3개랑 깨끗한거 1개 비치되었구요 침구류도 오래되어 흰색이 아닌 회색빛이라 깨끗한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다 1회용품 별도 청구 였구요 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 호텔 이름만 넣은게 아닌가 싶은 생각이 들었습니다 방음 안되어서 다른방 문닫는 소리 밖에서 시끄럽게 하는 소리에 숙면이 힘들었는데 12시에 겨우함들었는데 2시에 추워서 눈떴구요 혹시나 바닥에 짚어보니 차갑더라구요 자기전엔 따뜻했는데 ㅡㅡ 7시넘으니 다시 따뜻해지긴 하더군요 pc 2대있는데 사용 안해서 모르구요 tv는 리모콘 반응속도가 느리더군요 끝을 좋았던건 온수는 잘 나왔습니다"

"My friend and I were very happy with the hotel. The receptionist was gracious enough to speak in English with us and even let us check in early so we didn't have to lug our suitcases around Seoul. The room was spectacular and the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. It was beautiful. Also, the gaming computer was so cool!"

"New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place. "
