"The location to this place was great. It was a five minute walk to town, the Lotz House and Carter House. The decor was very cute the bed was comfortable. Having said that, for a short woman who does her hair and wears makeup, the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work at all. I had to use a chair and put it on the window sill to make it work. We ran out of body wash and the bleach pods to wash the towels and we had to use our phones hotspots for the Internet. "

"The home was a wonderful setting for a small ladies reunion! There were plenty of beds for everyone and the location was within walking distance to downtown Franklin shops and restaurants! Host communication was great and we had everything we needed! "

"The place was spotless and impressive. Plenty of space for everyone and close enough to downtown to walk. The historical sites nearby were easily accesible, we were able to grab a coffe at The Fainting Goat then walk around! Will definitely recommend to others!"

An absolutely amazing condo, even better than the photos! Every detail, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, was extraordinary! By far the best rental our group of six women has ever stayed in!"
