“This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time.”

“It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". Chris is a thorough attentive host. Thanks!”

“We had a family get together for Thanksgiving. The lake views were gorgeous. The property was very clean and well equipped and spacious. We loved it.”

“Our stay was very peaceful. The home is very convenient to multiple boat and water access ramps. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the soaking tub. Only downside was most of the nearby restaurants close at 3pm during the week so we had a little drive to get food.”

“The house was as described and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and even small amenities that was provided though not used. Would definitely book again. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting the paddle boat and kayaks in and out of the water. Although we were able to do it fairly easy. Great stay and wonderful place!! 5 stars!!”

“We were attending a sporting event in Oak Ridge and stayed here for the weekend (3 adults). The house layout is perfect for privacy — 2 of the bedrooms are on one side of the house, and the master is on the other. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood minutes from grocery stores and main roads. The kitchen was spotless! We were able to make dinner and breakfast with no issues — if you do need something more specific for a meal (e.g., a blender or gadget), I’d just check with the owners to……

“I spent a good bit of time researching to find the perfect get away for our house church group of 6 couples and the Watts Bar Lake House did not disappoint. The house itself had enough room and was well stocked with everything you’d need. Everyone that slept upstairs said the beds were very comfortable, and the property outdoors was amazing from the fire pit to the kayaking on the water. The neighbor came over and welcomed us and was super nice which I’ve never experienced at a vrbo. Our host……

“This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, there are many sleeping spots, and I appreciated the 2 en-suite bathrooms. The house was stocked with some basic necessities. It’s nicely decorated and is a great home base while in Knoxville or the surrounding area.”

“Always our go to place when in the area. Love all the little extras in the home -laundry soap, paper towels, dish tablets and lots of towels. Bathroom is also stocked with a hair dryer, soaps and shower items. We enjoy the big backyard and patio. Would definitely recommend”

“Had a great 4-night stay! Loved everything about the house, inside and out. Owner communication was also very responsive and accommodating. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a TV in every room is always a plus for us, especially when they’re easy to operate which all the TVs were. I love the decor in every room as well, and couches and beds are so comfy! Can’t wait to book another stay!”
