「No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house 」

「Condo was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, stores and major highways. Listing says it has a dishwasher but it wasn’t working & wasn’t told it was out of order. Several light bulbs weren’t working so interior was somewhat dark. If you plan to use the grill you need to bring grill utensils and cleaning utensils, Be prepared to walk at least 200 yards to reach your vehicle because unmarked parking spaces are at a premium. 」

「Property was very clean and well maintained. The property hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Our kids enjoyed the stay and visiting the horses, peacocks, and chickens. It is a great area in Maryland to stay. 」

「The property was very clean and modern. We just had trouble with so many steps since my husband has terrible vertigo and I didn’t t know that. Also, we were able to keep the place cooler even on a hot humid day. Great location, safe area. 」

「We were delighted with the condo in Frederick. It’s right at the beginning of the historic district and walkable to the Carroll Creek restaurants. It’s clean, updated, and comfortable, with parking for two cars even though we only needed one. Our doggie was happy, too! 」

「Great Location 」

「Great accommodation and amenities. Walkable to a variety of restaurants. Amazing views of monuments from the spacious and well set up unit. Easy to get to many museums and sites and necessities. 」

「My mom and I stayed here while we have a loved one in the hospital. The staff was very accommodating to us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is where we will plan on staying every time we come to visit! 」

「We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well located, close to Dupont Circle and the Metro there, restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS drugstore. It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own...
