“This property was an amazing choice for our family visit to DC. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The proximity to the bus line and subway station is amazing for those wanting to keep transportation to the top sites at a lower cost. The amenities were great for our family of three. The neighborhood is incredible, we walked around to take in the beauty. I would definitely choose this property again. Thanks Cam!!! ”

“Property was nice. Convenient to the Washington Dulles airport area. It was a basement unit of a townhome. The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. The washer/dry was in use by the upstairs tenants after 11:00……

“Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay in the apartment was overall very enjoyable, the location within DC is excellent. It should be noted, however, that there is quite some constant noise and sometimes even vibrations coming from the fans on the roof right above……
