"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. The wildlife is incredible (I’ve never heard an all-night frog chorus before and the deer roam freely through the meadows). "The overall stay was good. The owners were great and very helpful and friendly. The only problem was actually locating the property itself. The area code for the sat nav took you to a crossroad and it took me a good hour driving around before I found the property. I did suggest that they put a sign roadside pointing towards the property.
