The room had a smell. The bathroom tub had stains in it. The shower curtain was dirty. The ceiling had water stains and around the toilet looked like mold. The couch had stains on it. The worst place I ever stayed at!

The beds was good. But the in-room coffee pot didn't work and the replacement didn't work either plus they didn't even leave coffee either. The air conditioner was cool but was loud. The venting machine was empty. The breakfast was non existent. But in Louisburg you don't have any other choice.

One and two issues continental breakfast was horrible Mimi muffins and stand alone coffee. Sheets on second bed were dirty but staff that night provided sheets. But housekeeping the next day was on point she came in changed everything on that bed .

The place is a total dump, hallway was flooded, first room smelled of bleach and second room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom was nasty and run down, the floors were spongy with water coming out of the joints when stepping. The place should be demolished.

Very Disappointing and Unacceptable The room was absolutely disgusting and not up to acceptable hotel standards. There were blood stains and other stains on the pillow, and there was hair on the sheets. The bathroom door was falling off, and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. To make matters worse, the pool was green and completely unusable during our stay. Overall, the condition of the room and hotel was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety should be a minimum expectation, and this hotel failed to meet those standards. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

This property seems to be undergoing a renovation. I was given a very large and comfortable room. It was very clean, except for a somewhat soiled couch. The pool area was completely overgrown and unusable, but that was not something I needed. I’m hoping to find things updated if I were to visit again.
