Great location to downtown!

The property was in a great location close to 4th Street Live downtown. Just a couple of minor issues during the stay. The refrigerator and freezer did not work and we could have used some more towels and washcloths. Other than that the stay was great!

Very nice place!

My husband and I enjoyed a 2-night stay here. It was very spacious with high ceilings and lots of light. Modern feel in spite of being an older building. Very clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Quick 5-minute walk to 4th Street Live or the Brown Hotel for dinner. Glad we purchased parking in the lot behind the building. Host was very responsive to a question we had when checking in.

A fantastic place! Perfect for what I needed during my trip! A convenient walk or scooter ride from anything you would need downtown! Very clean and comfortable accommodations. This loft was very clean, had any towels, bedding and kitchen items that we needed. We felt very safe and is in a great location. It was the perfect space for 4 adults but also had a side bed we didn’t use. The owner was very organized and sent messages to make sure we knew what to do if anything was needed. O would definitely recommend this loft.

It was very nice and clean, and spacious. Loved that part. I was disappointed that I paid for parking, but the first night there wasn’t any. I was also disappointed that if we wanted to use the pull out bed we had to pay for bedding. And all it was, was sheets and a very thin blanket that really wasn’t warm enough.

What stay?

Well there is not much to say here. We received all of our confirmation communications from VRBO, but after engaging iwith the host to checkin, was told that there had been a mixup and they could not honor our reservation.
