The third bedroom on the main level has two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine (capsules for the Dolce Gust coffee machine are not included). It also has a dining table. There are two showers/WCs and a separate WC on the main level. On the upper floor, there is an additional bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as a porch.
