「All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We had a huge apartment with a huge balcony facing the golf course. The hotel arranged the new year party for the guests and we had an excellent time. When we left the hotel, I forgot my favourite T-shirt in the bedroom. The day after I rang and told the reception what happened. The staff took their time to look for my shirt and found it. My T-shirt even arrived home before we did. Excellent service.」
