"Rooms have newer furniture Walls are in process of repair and it said that they ate “”getting new carpet”. Beds are comfortable, staff is. Ery helpful and nice. We confirmed our reservation for pickup at the airport and were told to call once we have our luggage so the driver would tell us where the pick up would be. When we called, we were told that the shuttle service is no longer available????? The amenities are minimal: no hair conditioner, shower cap, lotion, make up remover, cotton balls, etc."

"The Grandhotel Pupp was a wonderful stay at a lovely iconic property. The only thing lacking was the polish of the service. I went to breakfast and the hostess tried to seat me next to the buffet. I asked to sit in the dining room where she tried to put me at another less desirable table..I then discovered a beautiful dining area overlooking the river and the staff moved me there. I asked to stay another night and the person at the front desk simply said they couldn’t do it. I found 5 availabilities in my room category on line. The massage was hands down one of the worst I’ve ever had. Regardless, I still recommend staying there."

"The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent."
