不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
Unfortunately, our stay was marked by several very disappointing issues. The property was listed as having two bedrooms, but there was only one on site. We had clearly indicated that we were three adults, yet only two sleeping arrangements were prepared — and none of the duvets had any covers. Even worse, we found suspicious stains on the sheets that appeared to be feces — completely unacceptable for accommodation advertised as “luxury.”
Overall comfort was lacking: there were no shutters on the windows, so streetlights shone into the room all night, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were poorly fixed (one even fell down during our stay), the living room chairs were damaged, the fridge was unplugged when we arrived despite the heat, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for three people over three days.
