This hotel shouldn't be marked as a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide shampoo. Also there were a couple of days that they didn't clean the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was very very bad

Nous avons loué une chambre pour une nuit. Expérience décevante : - la chambre avait une odeur forte et très désagréable. -Une serviette de bain était tachée. -Une ampoule était grillée dans la salle de bain (on prenait la douche quasiment dans le noir). En revanche, l'hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité des commerces et de la grotte. Il y a un petit parking et nous avons pu trouver une place facilement. Le personnel était également accueillant.

elegante il pian terreni, staff gentile. Certo non ha niente a vedere con hotel 4stelle. Camere antiche con make francese, prezzo esagerato. Contraddizioni sul prezzo per il parcheggio sotterraneo,inizialmente era 12 euro, poi inventandosi che era pieno il piano uno e bisognava scendere al due (falso) hanno hanno tariffato 15, quando si poteva anche lasciare la macchina nell aerea esterna gratuita .Consiglio "andate da un'altra parte"

Décevant ne mérite pas un 4*

Très déçu pour un 4*, pas de chauffage avec -2 degrés la nuit. Le hall waouh et les hôtesses rien à dire, mais quand tu rentres dans la chambre tout est vieux, toilettes pas nettoyer j'ai eu une grosse surprise (merci) la femme de ménage qui passe en mon absence genre a fait le lit, mais elle a juste recouvert le lit avec le couvre lit etc..bref à éviter

Pas de places de parking à notre arrivée donc parking payant situé dans une montée abrupte, chambre non conforme à la description, légère odeur de renfermé. Mais chambre plutot spacieuse pour 4 et surtout calme ! Nous avons bien dormi. Personne à l'accueil plutot sympathique.

Very bad experience

We had made a reservation for one night in June 2021. When we got to the hotel we saw that everything was closed, so we called the hotel for explanations. After talking for several minutes, they put us up in another hotel that is next door but of a worse category. In the call itself they tell us that they have been closed for several weeks but they could not call me because they did not have my phone number, when minutes later they end up calling me on the reservation phone, which was not the one from which I called. In short, some cheeky and scoundrels who with the excuse of COVID think that anything goes.
