No air conditioning. We had to ask for an electric fan since it was hot on the first day of our stay in Lourdes. We found a moth in the bathroom. No hand towel. Clean room. Breakfast room was well lit. Good food. Overall, good stay for a reasonable price.

this hotel is a family owned/ managed hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the sanctuary and is on the quieter side of town. However, everything is close by. The room was comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied with the overall service.

I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted

It took us a few winding roads to get to Hotel Helianthe, but it was well worth it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms, while not huge, accompanied a nice sized bathroom. All accommodations were very clean. The Hotel was walkable to the many sites of Lourdes. The breakfast in the morning had many options at their self serve buffet. I would highly recommend Hotel Helianthe and their staff!!
