"Sadly the picture are all out of date. The beautiful white table cloths have gone. Awful paper napkins. Are now provided. The room was lovely if but a bit tired. The hospitality tray was the cheapest i have ever seen. Worse than a travelodge. 2 instant coffees 2 tea bags 2 milks and 2 infused teabags. 2 small bottles of water on 1 st day but not replenished. The bathroom toiletries were cheap generic brand. Breakfast was shocking. Cheap concentrated orange out of a machine. Machine coffee. A very simple continental buffet of processed ham and cheese. The hot buffet was also very disappointing and all for 21€ per person. The reception staff were lovely. Maid service was patchy. This should be a really remarkable hotel with beautiful architecture. Sadly the star ratings were not consistent with the quality of what was offered"

"Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel caters for many big groups, who can be noisy, but they were in a separate section of the dining room. Groups seemed to start early, so by 8.15 they had all left and the dining room was quiet. We didn't notice the groups anywhere else in the hotel."
