「When I checked in, the receptionist seemed very nervous. She took my name and gave me the key card. She didnt tell me what floor my room was on, or about breakfastnor the amenities. I asked if she needed my credit card but she said no and then answered the phone. I had to ask another member of staff about the rest. She apologised. I am hoping it was because she has just started and will gain some confidence. That's what it seemed. 」

「The Edwardian experience like no other! Excellent breakfast, cooked for you from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hospitality tray.
Room needed re wall papering and the shower was just warm enough but the water from the basin tap was very hot. Petrol station across the road with shop. Great pub across the road and walking distance to town. 」
