Charming 3-bedroom townhome in delightful Berthoud in the TPC Community

Come stay in our family-friendly, 3-bedroom gem in Berthoud! Our beautiful townhome features 3 bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for a group getaway, up to 6 people.
We offer the usual amenities like WiFi, AC, and smart-TV’s, plus many additional bonuses like your own washing machine & dryer, fully-stocked kitchen, coffee stations on each floor and a pickle ball court and putting green in the townhouse common area!

The sleeping is easy in our 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen bed, extra pillows and blankets, and closets with shelves and hangers as you have need. There's 2 full bathrooms, plus a powder room so guests can spread out.

Traveling with baby in tow? We even have your littles covered! We've got a pack'n play crib with sheets, changing pad, Bumbo seat with a tray attachment, and little-hand-sized tableware to make them feel welcome :)

Our kitchen is completely stocked: brand new appliances, cabinets and drawers full of all the serving and cooking wares you could need, since we outfitted it as if we were living there ourselves. But if cooking on vacation isn't appealing, we are in walking distance to a Starbucks, Domino's, Taco Bell and decently sized convenience store; just out our back patio. You can also take a walk to the TPC Clubhouse for top-notch meals and even better views of the golf course and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

You'll have full access to our 2-car garage, complete with a level-2 EV charging outlet and cable. Before check-in, you'll be given a unique garage code for easy, private entry. (*There is a security camera in the garage, facing outward toward the street. This insures our garage door remains closed between reservations; sometimes townhomes in close proximity get door frequencies mixed, and our door could be opened by another unit.)

The Townhome community is located conveniently between the Boulder/Longmont, and Loveland/Fort Collins areas, in the adorable town of Berthoud; which boasts panoramic mountain views, a charming old town with delicious restaurants, breweries and a small-town grocer.
