"Our family needed to extend our stay by a day on a separate reservation. When checking in, we requested the same room for the full stay and were told yes. Despite this confirmation, the front desk called the wrong traveller to let them know that move out needed to be ASAP with a move to another room which wasnt even ready yet. Family were 30 minutes away. It made for an extremely difficult situation for a family celebration. Room cleaning was also supposed to be done every 3 days and was not. Front office staff said "we are extremely busy and it just got overlooked.""
